Meet Miss Chrissy!
Hi, my name is Miss Chrissy. I am so excited to be promoted to Lead Teacher in the Toddler Two class! I joined the Children Central family in October 2022. I am also excited to finally be able to pursue my dream of working with children. I earned an Associate’s Degree in Elementary Education from Bucks County Community College a while ago, but was busy raising my children and assisting in other fields of work. I am finally able to be a teacher, as I have always had a love for children.
I cannot wait to teach your children so many fun and interesting things in our Toddler Two classroom! I love helping children to develop, as they grow and become their own person. I especially love watching their imaginations take off!
When I am not at school, you will find me with my family. My husband and I have been together for 15 years. We have two children, a daughter aged 15 who keeps us busy with her dance schedule and a 10-year-old son who loves his video games right now, and an 11 year old dog named Jake.
I look forward to meeting all of the children and their families at Children Central.
Meet Miss Henda!
My name is Miss Henda. I joined the Children Central family in January 2023 where I started as a teacher in the Toddler classroom. I was very excited to be given the opportunity to become a teacher for the Toddler Two class, where I already know many of the children and their families from the Toddler class!
I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in technician management computing. I am soon planning to obtain a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential. In addition to English, I speak multiple languages (Arabic, French and Turkish)!
Having grown up in a large family, I enjoy being around kids and I will care for each child as if they were my own. In fact, my daughter Miray attends school with me each day here, as I am very happy that she can benefit from the high-quality early learning education at Children Central.
I am excited to teach new things each day to the children in the Toddler Two classroom. My method is to both educate and entertain. I love engaging our little ones in fun learning activities, such as reading books and stories, teaching colors, shapes, numbers, singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and sensory play. It is important to provide loving care for children within a fun and enriched environment, while making sure to meet developmental and educational goals for each child.
When not working, I like spending time with family and friends. I especially enjoy cooking and swimming.
I am an enthusiastic and responsible person and look forward to teaching the children in the Toddler Two classroom and to getting to know everyone!
