Meet Miss Samira B.
Hi. My name is Miss Samira. I am very excited to become a teacher in Toddler Two and join the Children Central family. I love being around kids, and will care for each child as if they were my own. I am excited to teach new things each day to the children in my classroom. My goal and method is to teach both to entertain and educate. I love engaging our little ones in fun learning activities, such as reading books and stories, teaching colors, shapes, numbers, singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and sensory play.
I have been working in child care for approximately 5 years. I enjoy teaching children and seeing them grow physically and mentally. I strongly believe that it is important to provide loving care for children within a fun and enriched environment, while making sure to meet developmental and educational goals for each child.
I previously worked as a French tutor for two years while I was working on getting my Phlebotomy Technician certificate from Bucks County Community College. I then worked as a lab assistant for a couple of years. I realized that my love for working with kids, plus my life experiences with children were much stronger than working in the healthcare field.
I plan to soon start studying to earn a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential program. I have obtained a certificate in Health and Safety Basics from Better Kid Care Program. I am also certified in CPR.
Personally, I am a mother of a 3 year old girl who has joined the Children Central family with me. She is my life inspiration and joy. In addition to loving working with children, I also have a love for cooking, gardening and listening to music.
I am an enthusiastic and responsible person and look forward to meeting you and your children in the Toddler Two class!
Meet Miss Quaneace!
My name is Miss Quaneace and I just moved to Ewing, NJ. from East Orange. I am very excited to work with the amazing staff at Children Central. I always knew that I wanted my life and career to be centered around children, so I started teaching in 2019 and it has been a very rewarding and heartwarming experience. I am now a mom. I feel honored to be able to give the same love to the children in my class, as I give to my baby boy.
As a teacher, I enjoy helping to shape little minds through interactive play and thoughtfully crafted activities. I am currently enrolled in a Child Development Associate Credential program partnering with New Jersey City University. I also plan on earning a degree in Early Childhood Education.
I have planned fun and well thought out activities to help the Toddler Two classroom reach their developmental milestones and full potential. I believe that children learn best when they have a nurturing, patient, compassionate, and supportive teacher. I am looking forward to bringing that to the Toddler Two classroom as I prepare them for their very bright futures!
My favorite things to do outside of teaching children would be anything that involves my fiancé and baby boy. I also love to cook, do karaoke, and do DIY projects at home.
I look forward to getting to know all of the Toddler Two families and to helping prepare your child for the Twaddlers class.
