Hi! My name is Miss Taryn. I joined Children Central in July 2021 and currently enjoy being the Lead Teacher in Twaddlers classroom for our older two year old children.
While attending Pennsbury High School, I participated in two child development courses, which enabled me to teach in a childcare setting. It was in these programs that I discovered my passion for teaching. I am excited to put all I have learned to good use. Contributing to a child’s development and education is extremely rewarding and I take pride in the opportunity to do so.
I have started to pursue an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and will soon be pursuing a CDA credential as well. In the future I also plan to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
I hope to create a positive experience and environment that encourages the children in my classroom to want to learn and be excited to come to school every day. I believe in active learning that keeps the children engaged while also allowing them to be creative. I also like to incorporate social and emotional skills such as manners, self-confidence, and respect for others. Most importantly, I look forward to providing the children with the same care I give to my baby boy.
When I am not teaching, you can find me enjoying time with my family. My husband, Raymond and I welcomed our first baby, also named Raymond, in June of 2022! I am glad that he gets to come with me every day to attend Children Central. We also have a dog named Maci. We spend our free time dining at local restaurants, traveling when we can, and just spending quality time at home. (We love a game night!)
Hello! My name is Ms. Chrissy.
I am so excited to be joining the Children Central family as a Twaddler Teacher starting September 2023, just in time for the new school year!
For over 20 years, I have enjoyed teaching in the early education field and take pride in becoming a part of helping young minds grow. In 2018 I earned an Associate’s degree in the Art of Early Education from Ashford University. In the future, I would like to continue my education and earn a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Every child learns in their own special way, and I believe in creating an environment that will expand each child’s mind. My goal is to create a positive, caring environment for both my students and their families.
A little about me. I was born and raised in the area for most of my life, except for living in Atlanta, Georgia for 7 years. I live with my two daughters ages 11 & 9, my husband, and a pet turtle. I enjoy cooking, fishing, kayaking, the ocean, and anything Disney!
My philosophy is “Children must be taught HOW TO THINK, not what to think.” – Margaret Mead
Hi! My name is Miss Paige, I started at Children Central in September 2022 as a Floater Teacher, which provided me with the opportunity to teach in every classroom at Children Central, as I love working with all age groups. I was very excited to become a full-time teacher in the Twaddler classroom. I am having so much fun teaching our older group of two year olds who are always so curious and eager to learn each day!
I currently attend Bucks County Community College for Early Childhood Education. I really love working with children of all ages. Every day I look forward to coming to Children Central, so I can spend time with the children and do my best to make them happy and have fun while learning.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend. We go for car rides to enjoy the nice days and play pool when the days are cold.
